Place of fulfillment of contract

(1) If a specific place is specified in the contract to complete any work, such work must be completed at that place.
(2) According to the contract, one of the parties has to give or deliver something to the other party, and if the place of delivery is not specified in the contract, then the contract will be deemed to be delivered at the place where such thing is located.
(3) A fixed place for performing any work shall not be specified in the contract, but if such work can only be done in a particular place or according to the custom or the nature of such work, it shall be considered as a contract to do such work in that place.
(4) Except as stated in sub-sections (2) and (3), if the place of work according to the contract is not mentioned in the contract, then the party working according to the contract must notify the other party to designate a suitable place and the other party must also designate a suitable place for such work. .
